I believe in both nurture and leadership. It is important to communicate well with diplomacy and humour with both touring staff and local cliental and labour, whether English speaking or not. But sometimes blunt honesty is also an effective requirement.

I enjoy discussing and developing artistic production direction, but I am also mindful of keeping it in balance with the fiscal reality of income and desired expenditure.

Logistics analysis and problem solving are also a forte I enjoy resulting in efficient freighting, effective scheduling and economic procurement.
